This unique biography was first documented in 2945, and represents my authentic events and experiences in Star Citizen. This biography is updated as the events of my own history unfold and develop. EARLY LIFE

AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS BORN AROUND 2915 IN THE SOL SYSTEM TO FORMER UEE DELEGATE AZWETHINKWEWAZ BARRETT, AND HATAWA RÆS'KAZ, A CONSULTANT FOR THE DIRECTOR OF XENOPHARMACEUTICAL RESEARCH WITH THE SAS (SOL ASTROEXPLORATION SOCIETY). HIS EARLIEST MEMORIES ARE THE SHARP HISSES OF AIRLOCKS AND THE GLOWING, STERILE CONTROL ROOMS ABOARD BRIDGES OF CAPITAL SHIPS WHILE HE ACCOMPANIED HIS MOTHER AND FATHER WHO DID THEIR DUTIES ACROSS THE UNIVERSE. HIS MOTHER'S WORK IN THE SAS SPECIFICALLY, AND HIS FATHER'S PHILOSOPHIES OF EXPLORING NEW AND EVER MORE DISTANT WORLDS WOULD INFLUENCE AZWETHINKWEIZ FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE.

EDUCATION

Academically, Azwethinkweiz followed in his mother and father's footsteps of classical sciences and politics, though often in his own unconforming nature. Extremely precocious, and largely unsupervised throughout his adolescent years, he always found opportunity to develop himself and dabble in his own scientific and technical interests. This was the defining theme throughout much of his primary education. During this time, Tetsuo Shima became the head of Barrett's father's organization within the sub-committees of the UEE Senate sphere. Through their work together, Barrett's father introduced the youth to Shima's positive influence, which would come to have a lasting effect.

Azwethinkweiz completed secondary education on Persei at the University of Persei Analytical Research and Quantification (UPARQ) around 2934/35, where he earned a degree in Applied Research and Advanced Political Science. Azwethinkweiz would recall that his early years at UPARQ were met with some derision from his fellow student body when they had learned that Tetsuo Shima had provided a letter of recommendation that would secure Barrett's admission to the University. Campus records indicate that Azwethinkweiz Barrett successfully met all required admission pre-requisites, and scored adequately on entry level exams. No letters of recommendation exist in his official file. In a later anecdote, Barrett reveals "That's ok if they [the student body] want to think that. The truth is I never turned it [the letter] in. It was more valuable to me to read it myself".

Squadron 42 & After (Retroactive)

Around 2935, and Shortly after graduation, like so many before and after him, Azwethinkweiz did his part and joined UEE Service. He took an immediate position as an Engineer aboard a UEE Idris Class Escort situated in abandoned deep space around the Davian system. Further military files are currently listed as classified. It was during his UEE Service that Azwethinkweiz was first introduced to Suj Kossi, and assigned to some of Kossi's housing projects, including council security details around Gemma for early iterations of the HUXA initiatives. After discharge from his UEE Service in 2943, Azwethinkweiz was invited to work with Shima, who was now preparing to again run for Senate. Azwethinkweiz declined, seeking refuge after service fatigue. Between 2943-2945, azwethinkweiz went to work as an Modifications Director aboard a Research class Endeavor, however this proved in conflict with Barrett's personality to learn, grow, and teach others.

UEE CAREER

IN LATE 2945, AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS RECRUITED AS AN EVOCATI IN THE UEE NAVY, AND WAS TASKED WITH PERFORMING RIGOROUS SYSTEMS TESTING AROUND THE CLASSIFIED UEE INFRASTRUCTURE EMPIRE-WIDE. In a 2947 chance encounter further proving Azwethinkweiz's tenacity and determination, Azwetinkweiz personally met Imperator Kelos Costigan (Ortwin Freyermouth) regarding authorization to keep a memento poster from the 2947 CitizenCon venue. Imperator Costigan approved. Azwethinkweiz RETIRED WITH HONORABLE DISCHARGE FROM THE EVOCATI PROGRAM IN 2950.

AZWETHINKWEIZ RETURNED TO THE CENTRAL SYSTEMS AND WENT TO WORK WITH SHIMA AS A UEE DELEGATE and co-chair FOR THE OFFICE OF DEVELOPING SYSTEMS AND ECONOMIC VIABILITY, UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF EXPANSION & DEVELOPMENT SENATE SUBCOMMITTEE. WHEN NEW WORLDS OR SENTIENT SPECIES ARE DISCOVERED, A "PANEL" IS SENT TO ASSESS THE WORLD(S) OR SYSTEM(S) FOR CATEGORIZATION UNDER THE FAIR CHANCE ACT AS A SANCTUARY, OR AS VIABLE TO DIVERT RESOURCES. AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS ASSIGNED PORT OLISAR IN STANTON. WHILE ADEPT, AND COMPETENT IN HIS OFFICE, HIS RATHER UNORTHODOX STYLE AND 'OWNED BY NO ONE' SENSE OF BEING OFTEN PUT HIM AT ODDS WITH HIS COUNTERPARTS, WHICH HAD LED TO HIM BEING UNSUCCESSFULLY VOTED OUT OF THE PANEL MORE THAN ONCE. IT IS SAID TETSUO SHIMA, NOW A RE-ELECTED SENATOR OF THE UEE, AND A CHILDHOOD MENTOR OF AZWETHINKWEIZ, TOLERATED HIM BECAUSE OF HIS RESULTS, EFFICIENCY, AND INTEGRITY, OWED TO THE CREATIVE SIDE OF HIS UNIQUE DNA. THUS, AZWETHINKWEIZ BEGAN TO SEEK FURTHER MENTORSHIP UNDER SHIMA, WHO HAD ALSO WORKED CLOSELY WITH SUJ KOSSI; WELL KNOWN FOR HIS OWN WORK IN THE UEE SENATE AND THE NAVY.



IN THE SUB-COMMITTEE, AZWETHINKWEIZ CONTRIBUTED GREATLY TO THE GENERATIONAL EXPANSION TO THE STARS OF THE MID 2900S, WHERE PANELS HAD BEEN DEPLOYED TO THE STANTON SYSTEM TO AID A NEW GENERATION OF SPACE MEN AND WOMEN STAR-FARING INTO THE BLACK FOR THEIR FIRST TIME. THE EXTENDED MULTI-YEAR PUBLIC SERVICE ASSIGNMENT INCLUDED HELPING NEW SPACE MEN AND WOMEN GRASP THE CONCEPTS OF ENVIRONMENT MECHANICS, FLIGHT CONTROLS, CELESTIAL NAVIGATION, PERSONAL PROTECTION, AND ACCLIMATION TO LIFE IN SPACE. AS PART OF THE ASSIGNMENT, AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS GRANTED ACCESS TO HIGH LEVEL HANGARS TO SELECT SHIPS FOR CIVILIAN TRAINING USE. HE WAS KNOWN TO OFTEN ABUSE THIS HIGH LEVEL CLEARANCE TO SHOW THE PUBLIC WHAT VANDUUL SHIPS LOOK LIKE, AND TO EDUCATE THEM ON THE VANDUUL THREAT. WHILE THE UEE TECHNICALLY MAINTAINED JURISDICTION OVER THE STANTON SYSTEM, THEY DID NOT POLICE IT. PIRATES TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE GAPS IN PRIVATE SECURITY GROUPS AND HAD OFTEN INVADED THE CORPORATE-OWNED SPACE AROUND STANTON. THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PIRATES TO THE INSTRUMENTAL COMMUNICATION ARRAYS DURING THEIR RAIDS PROVIDED DANGEROUS OPPORTUNITIES FOR "FIELD TRIPS"; TO SHOW CIVILIANS THE DANGERS OF WORKING AND FIGHTING IN DEEP SPACE FIRST-HAND.

AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS ALSO KNOWN TO TAKE FIELD LESSONS OUT TO THE YELA ASTEROID BELT, TO ILLUSTRATE THE RISKS AND REWARDS OF NAVIGATING SUBSTRATE BODIES IN OPEN SPACE. IT WAS THESE DARING PUBLIC EXERCISES THAT HELPED AZWETHINKWEIZ PUSH THE LIMITS OF NEW SPACE MEN AND WOMEN'S TRAINING. HE BELIEVED THAT IT WAS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE DIRECT, PRACTICAL, AND HIGHLY VALUABLE SURVIVAL KNOWLEDGE TO NEW SPACE MEN AND WOMEN IN THE VERY BEGINNING SO AS TO GIVE THEM THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE CHANCE OF SURVIVING IN DEEP SPACE ON THEIR OWN, AND OF TEACHING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. AZWETHINKWEIZ WOULD OFTEN BE HEARD PUBLICLY ENCOURAGING HIS COLLEAGUES TO SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE THEY HAD GLEANED OVER A LIFETIME IN ORDER TO ELEVATE THE SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT AND COMMUNITY CONSCIENCE FOR THE GREATER GOOD.

Stanton 2950 - 2953

IN THE 2950 IMPERATORIAL ELECTION, AZWETHINKWEIZ ABSTAINED FROM VOTING DUE TO THE CONFLICT THAT THEN-IMPERATOR KELOS COSTIGAN FACED. Azwethinkweiz himself platforms as a Universalist with Transitionalist leanings, despite being born in the Sol system. Azwethinkweiz is a vocal critic against Imperator Leylani Addison and considers hers a failed administration. In 2953, and a long-time supporter of Suj Kossi, Azwethinkweiz began platforming for Kossi to be elected Imperator in the 2960 UEE Imperatorial Elections.

From 2950 to 2952, Azwethinkweiz worked high level security contracts around Stanton and continued his duties as a UEE Delegate by training new pilots out of Port Olisar.

AZWETHINKWEIZ SERVED IN THE 2951 AND 2953 CDF (CIVILLIAN DEFENSE FORCE) MISSIONS DURING THE First XENOTHREAT CRISIS IN STANTON.

Administrator of Daymar

IN 2953, THE CLOSURE OF PORT OLISAR LED TO A SURGE IN ILLEGAL DUPLICATION TECHNOLOGY UTILIZED BY PIRATES AND THE LOCAL NINE TAILS. DUE TO HIS DEMONSTRATED LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGY, AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS TASKED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND SECURITY IN AND AROUND THE SHUBIN MiNING FACILITY SCD-1 ON THE CRUSADER MOON, DAYMAR. He endearingly codenamed the campaign as "Project Flavortown" due to the shallow and unbreathable atmosphere on daymar and how commonly pilots forgot their helmets. THROUGH HIS SUCCESS IN HIS CAMPAIGN TO STABILIZE SCD-1 ON DAYMAR, AZWETHINKWEIZ WAS RECRUITED BY THE UEE ADVOCACY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF SAIC ROWENA DULLI LATER THAT YEAR. AZWETHINKWEIZ ADOPTED HIS MONIKER AS HIS CODENAME: 3000-19. THOUGH BRIEF, 3000-19 PROVED TO BE A SKILLED ADVOCACY AGENT AND INTERROGATOR. 3000-19 WAS TASKED WITH ROOTING OUT XI'AN SPIES AND INFILTRATORS IN STANTON TO PROTECT AND SUPPORT THE HUXA INITIATIVES. Following his service in the Advocacy, and always having been critical of Rowena's competency as a Special Agent, Azwethinkweiz became the Administrator of Daymar, a now-populated and institutional moon of Stanton.

Governor Of Stanton

BY 2954, THE STANTON SYSTEM FACED A SERIOUS LEADERSHIP VACUUM AND WAS ON THE BRINK OF LAWLESSNESS CAUSED PRIMARLY BY RAMPANT DRUG-RELATED CRIME FROM JUMP TOWN, AS WELL AS BY SEVERAL UNMITIGATED SieGES ON ORISON, the warzone in ghost hollow, AND INCREASING SOPHISTICATION OF THE NINE TAILS’s OPERATIONS. THESE EVENTS PROPELLED 3000-19 TO EXPAND HIS ROLE FROM ADMINISTRATOR OF DAYMAR TO DE FACTO GOVERNOR OF STANTON. IN THIS NEW ROLE, AND LEANING ON INFLUENCES FROM HIS PREVIOUS WORKS WITH SUJ KOSSI’S HOUSING CAMPAIGNS, as well as the EXPANSION DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS WITH TETSUO SHIMA in his earlier career, 3000-19 QUICKLY ORGANIZED A SUITABLE AND VIABLE GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE IN THE STANTON SYSTEM WITH THE GOALS OF ESTABLISHING UNITY, SECURITY, AND ECONOMIC INFLUX.

The Stanton Government 2954

Complete with representatives, department heads, and field agents, The Stanton Government is the first organized governing body in the Stanton star system. Established by 3000-19 in January 2954, The Stanton Government serves as a primer and example for all future Star system governments in the UEE.

While the major corporations Crusader, Microtech, ArcCorp and Hurston Dynamics own the four main planets in Stanton, and even operate private security branches to secure their interests, the UEE continues to maintain jurisdiction over the system at the empire level. In his capacity as the Governor of Stanton, 3000-19 serves the UEE and the Imperator by maintaing and enforcing the UEE jurisdiction at the local Government level, from within the Stanton System, and with UEE Partnership, via the Stanton Conference.

AWAITING THE DELIVERY OF A DECOMMISSIONED UEE JAVELIN DESTROYER, 3000-19’S ADMINISTRATION TODAY OPERATES PRIMARILY OUT OF VARIOUS SECURE LOCATIONS on DAYMAR, AND HEAVILY ACROSS THE ‘VERSE-WIDE SPECTRUM. WITH 3000-19’S PREVIOUS Lengthy EXPERIENCE and instrumental contributions IN Stanton, IT IS REPORTED THAT HE AIMS FOR FURTHER ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND SECURITY DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIPS WITH STANTON IN PYRO.

3000-19 FURTHER DEVELOPS THE STANTON SYSTEM BY SUPPORTING INTER-SYSTEM EDUCATION, AND ADVOCATING FOR COMMERCIAL AND ENTERTAINMENT GROWTH SUCH AS HIS FAMOUS SHIP MEETS, AND HIS REKNOWN “BUY SPACE SHIPS, BUY LEGATUS” CAMPAIGNS. 3000-19 IS ALSO KNOWN TO PROMOTE AND INCREASE AWARENESS OF PETS IN SHIPS, AND Pets 'verse-wide.

TO DATE, 3000-19 HAS INVESTED ROUGHLY 25,000,000 UEC IN PERSONAL FUNDING TO DEVELOPING THE STANTON SYSTEM and supporting the UEE while keeping taxes down. 3000-19’S EFFORTS IN AND AROUND STANTON TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT CONTINUEs TO THIS DAY.

Arrest

IN 2954, 3000-19 WAS INFAMOUSLY JAILED BY ROWENA DULLI PERSONALLY, HIS FORMER ASAIC SUPERVISOR IN THE ADVOCACY, AND A NATIVE OF ORISON, FOR SHOOTING AND KILLING Devlin Marcus, A NINE TAILS commander DRESSED AS A CDF, DURING A SIEGE ON ORISON. ALL CHARGES WERE LATER DROPPED AND 3000-19 WAS RELEASED. WHEN ASKED FOR COMMENT ON WHETHER HE THOUGHT ASAIC DULLI’S ACTIONS WERE POLITICALLY MOTIVATED DUE TO HIS NEWLY CREATED ROLE IN STANTON, 3000-19 RESPONDED “SHE’S JUST MAD THAT THE COAT FITS ME BETTER”

2954 Overdrive Initiative and Xenothreat Assault

3000-19, the Governor of Stanton, served personally as Legatus when the Xenothreat once again invaded Stanton. 3000-19 coordinated and flew large wings of stanton soldiers through the Xenothreat Assault and Overdrive Initative, rallying, fighting, and dying alongside the citizens, constituents and critics of stanton. The Stanton Government's direct involvement in the victories over the Xenothreat are also publiciszed and well documented. The Xenothreat was ultimately neutralize and repelled back to Pyro by the united citizens of Stanton.

After the Victory over the Xenothreat Assault, The following infovid was broadcast widely across spectrum:

"In local news, Governor Azwethinkweiz 3k of Stanton has declared the Stanton star system once again Safe as Lawful-to-Chaotic Good. This sets the tone and precedent for the character and manner of the entire Stanton System, and the second system-wide edict for Stanton - the first edict containing several suggestions and laws regarding pet rights in ships UEE-wide. Azwethinkweiz 3k is a controversial figure that rose to the de facto role of Governor of Stanton after a power vacuum formed when Port Olisar closed unexpectedly. Citing himself as chaotic good, Governor Azwethinkweiz 3k's administration of 2954 advocates for free trade, guranteed income, and public security across Stanton, including formally regulated trade with the Pyro star system.

The First Stanton Address

Following the reconstruction efforts and aftermath of the Assault on Stanton, Governor 3000-19 of Stanton released the first Stanton Address publically across stanton and spectrum-wide:

"
Yes, I'm Governor of Stanton 2954. I designed and established the first Stanton Government in late 2953 after the abrupt closure of Port Olisar left the Stanton star system in a headless power vacuum that led to rampant crime and piracy across all four Stanton quadrants. In half of a Stanton year, I have achieved unity in the Spectrum populace -currently dominated by Stanton-, suggested gear and sub flair pieces that were produced for everyone’s ease of use and access, pushed forward the “Pets in Ships” and “Buy Ships” campaigns that began in early 2945, established a structure of directors and delegate representatives for various locations and industries across Stanton, and organized multiple successful defense campaigns throughout the Siege on Orison, OverDrive, and the XenoThreat Showdown. With the Xenothreat defeated and pushed back to Pyro, I have once again declared the Stanton star system as Lawful-to-Chaotic Good, and as such, continue setting the precedent for portrayal of the reputation, attitude, and manner across Stanton.

The Stanton Conference 2954

As part of his responsibilitie to stanton, and in his capacity as Governor of Stanton, 3000-19 has re-instated the long-dormant Stanton Conference. The Stanton Government has since notified the leaders of the four mega-corporations that the Stanton Conference will be the venue whereby system-wide issues are formally discussed, solutioned, and raised to the UEE. Governor 3000-19 of stanton will host the Stanton Conference of 2954 toward the end of the calendar year, so that all initiatives are scheduled for 2955 and beyond.

PERSONAL LIFE

VERY LITTLE IS KNOWN ABOUT 3000-19’S PERSONAL LIFE. HE speaks multiple languages, ENJOYS TACOS, AND CONSIDERS HIMSELF CHAOTIC GOOD, FOLLOWING HIS OWN MORAL COMPASS AND ALWAYS ERRING ON THE SIDE OF GOOD. One of his favorite ships is the Valkyrie Liberator. 3000-19 CONTINUES TO BE A POSITIVE, INSTRUMENTAL AND INFLUENTIAL MEMBER OF THE STAR CITIZEN COMMUNITY. 3000-19 HAS WORKED BEHIND THE SCENCES IN THE CITIZENCON EVENTS CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 2947. IN 2953, 3000-19 EARNED HIS PHYSICAL IMPERATOR'S BADGE FOR SERVICES TO THE STAR CITIZEN COMMUNITY. 3000-19 HAS STATED THAT THOUGH HIS CITIZENSHIP HAS NOT BEEN LEGALLY BESTOWED UPON HIM BY THE UEE, HE KNOWS HE HAS LIVED the life of A true star CITIZEN.

3000-19 has personally met Imperator Kelos Costigan (Ortwin Freyermouth). The poster Imperator Costigan approved for 3000-19 is stored an an ultra-secret location in the Goss system.

The original badlands paint job for the Tumbril Nova Tonk contains the moniker A-Z025 on the side, a reference to 3000-19 who shared an Org with an artist on the Tonk concept as Az the 025th ZMember

3000-19 has known some star citizens and cig staff for over a decade through Spectrum and in-person events

3000-19 has been to the CIG LA Office, and personally processed the line there. We may have already met!
